This course is designed to provide the students with practice in oral communication and listening skills for an academic environment. As part of the course, students will learn about phonetics and phonology, symbols and transcription and characteristics of sounds. Then Students will also be provided along with opportunities of presentation, participating in group discussions and the techniques to maximize listening and speaking skills after being exposed with general speaking and listening strategies.
